We want you to love every item from UAE Sport Store. If something is not quite right, we will make it right.
Return Window
You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be in the same condition you received them — unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Return Delivery Charge
A flat AED 25 delivery charge applies to all returns and exchanges. It will be deducted from your refund and covers the courier collection from your address.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or personalized products (printed names, numbers, badges, custom jerseys).
- Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”.
- Gift cards.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no AED 25 charge applies in this case.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 – 10 business days, minus the AED 25 return delivery charge where applicable.
Shipping Policy
UAE Delivery
- Express delivery within 24 – 48 hours across all 7 Emirates.
- Free shipping on orders over AED 200.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across the UAE.
GCC Delivery
- Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman: 3 – 5 business days.
- Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping fee.
International Delivery
- Worldwide tracked delivery within 5 – 10 business days.
- Customs and import duties are paid by the customer. UAE Sport Store is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
