You have 14 days from delivery to return any unworn item with tags attached and original packaging. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days once we receive the return.

Do you deliver on Fridays and public holidays?

Standard delivery runs Sunday–Thursday. Friday and Saturday deliveries are available in Dubai and Sharjah on request — message us on WhatsApp to arrange.

Can I exchange for a different size instead of returning?

Yes. Exchanges are free within the UAE — we’ll pick up the original and deliver the new size on the same trip where routing allows.

Are sale items returnable?

Most sale items are returnable under the standard 14-day policy. Clearance and final-sale items (marked on the product page) are not eligible for return.

What if my item arrives damaged or the wrong product?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll cover return shipping and priority-dispatch a replacement — no questions asked.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an SMS and email with a live tracking link. Same-day Dubai orders include driver contact for last-mile coordination.
