Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind or receive an item that isn't right, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
1. Return window
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Requests made after 14 days are reviewed case by case.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- In its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
3. Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned:
- Sale-clearance items marked "Final Sale".
- Intimate apparel and swimwear.
- Personalised or made-to-order products.
- Gift cards.
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration.
4. How to request a return
- Sign in and go to My Account → Returns, then click "Request a return".
- Select the order, the product, the reason, and (if available) upload a photo.
- Choose a resolution: refund to original payment, store credit (with a [+10%] bonus), or exchange.
- Submit. We respond within 2 business days.
5. Pickup or drop-off
Approved returns are collected by Aramex from your registered address within 3–5 business days. The pickup window is shown on your return order page. If preferred, you can drop off at any Aramex office and share the tracking number with us.
6. Inspection and refund
After we receive the item, we inspect it within 3 business days. Once approved:
- Refund to original payment — credited within 7–14 business days. Card refunds depend on your issuing bank.
- Store credit — added to your account immediately, valid for 12 months.
- Exchange — we ship the replacement within 3 business days, subject to stock.
7. Defective or wrong items
If you received a defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We cover the return shipping and prioritise replacement or refund.
8. Return shipping fees
- Change of mind: AED 25 deducted from refund.
- Defective / wrong item: free.
- Outside UAE: refer to specific carrier rates communicated at approval.
9. Refusal of returns
We may refuse a return if the item does not meet eligibility (Section 2). We notify you and arrange to return the item to your address; second-attempt shipping is at your cost.
10. Cancellations
Orders not yet dispatched can be cancelled at no charge from My Account → Orders → Cancel. Orders already dispatched follow the standard return process.
