We ship across the United Arab Emirates and the wider GCC. Standard delivery is via Aramex.

3. Cash on Delivery

COD is available within UAE only, for orders between AED 50 and AED 5,000. A handling fee of AED 10 is added at checkout.

4. Order tracking

You receive a tracking link by email and (where opted in) by WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

5. Customs and duties

Cross-border GCC orders may attract customs duty or VAT collected by the carrier on delivery. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility.

6. Failed delivery

If Aramex is unable to deliver after two attempts, the parcel is held at the local Aramex office for 5 days. Unclaimed parcels are returned to us; we contact you to arrange redelivery (additional fee) or refund minus the original shipping cost.

7. Delays and force majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. We will keep you informed and assist where possible.
