We ship across the United Arab Emirates and the wider GCC. Standard delivery is via Topex within the UAE and SMSA for international (GCC) orders.

Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays. Cut-off for same-day dispatch is 15:00 GST on business days.
2. Shipping fees
Fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Free delivery applies to UAE orders over AED 200. International (GCC) orders always carry a delivery fee — there is no free international shipping.
Heavy or oversized items may incur a surcharge displayed at checkout.
3. Cash on Delivery
COD is available within UAE only, for orders between AED 50 and AED 5,000. A handling fee of AED 10 is added at checkout.
4. Order tracking
You receive a tracking link by email and (where opted in) by WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
5. Customs and duties
Cross-border GCC orders may attract customs duty or VAT collected by the carrier on delivery. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility.
6. Failed delivery
If the carrier is unable to deliver after two attempts, the parcel is held at the local carrier’s office for 5 days. Unclaimed parcels are returned to us; we contact you to arrange redelivery (additional fee) or refund minus the original shipping cost.
7. Delays and force majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. We will keep you informed and assist where possible.
